At Chomrinnphon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your frame for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Eligible Items

Standard frames purchased from our website are eligible for return. Custom frames and frames that have been personalized or modified according to your specifications may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at ask@chomrinnphon.world or call +19016510312 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number
2. Package the item securely in its original packaging
3. Include the RA number on the outside of the package
4. Ship the item to our return address (provided with your RA number)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Timeline: After we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and any price difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom frames that have been personalized or made to specific measurements
• Items damaged by misuse, accidents, or improper care
• Items returned after the 30-day return window
• Items not in original condition or packaging
• Items that have been used, worn, or altered
• Digital products or downloadable content

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item, or damage during shipping). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Please package items securely to prevent damage during transit.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it ships. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it according to this policy. Custom orders may not be cancelled once work has begun, as stated in our Terms of Service.
